Ice Cream Flight
Delight in a Champagne Flute
Choose four flavors of gourmet ice cream to be hand-dipped and served flight style in a Champagne Flute. It is easy to carry and unique in its elegant appearance. Set-up includes 1 staff member for two hours. Each set-up can serve 100–200 people per hour.

Cookie sandwiches are all hand-made. Choose between three types of cookies, each with a 3 oz. scoop of delicious ice cream. Each station can serve 200+ servings per hour.

Hot Dog Carts
All Beef Hot Dogs
Cart set-up comes with an umbrella and one staff member for two hours. Additional labor is available. We use Vienna all-beef hot dogs on fresh buns. The capacity of our stainless steel carts can feed 200–300 people per hour. Customize your hot dog with our most popular fresh toppings at our condiment table. Please consult our event planner for any additional items you would like added!

Budget Buster
Affordable Meal Deal
Our Budget Buster program is one of our most popular summertime events and is designed to feed any size group economically. Start by getting your all-beef hot dog at our staffed carts, then top it off at our condiment table with a variety of bagged chips. Find your soda of choice in our chilled cooler and finish your meal off with a novelty ice cream bar. Price is based on one of each item per person. Each set-up can feed 200–300 servings per hour.

Baseball Theme Budget
Major League
Just think of the party you could throw for opening day, a children’s birthday party, or your Little League Championship team! These packages are a home run for the avid baseball fan. Completely decorated with a baseball theme, including our staff dressed in baseball shirts and caps. Set-up includes labor, baseball theme décor and catering carts.

The World Series

Graduation Party Carts
Service Feeds 50–100 People
Our backyard/graduation party service comes with a personal staff member for a two-hour event. This program is customized for smaller groups and is perfect for special occasions and house parties. If you really want to impress your guests for that special event, this is the way to go. The ice cream cart is always very popular with kids!

Walking Taco
Taco in a Bag
An easy and cost-effective way to feed any large group! Choose either Fritos or Doritos, and add your meat and toppings right into the bag. Chicken and beef are served from our carts; all other toppings are displayed on a separate table with themed linen. Each setup includes one staff member for a two-hour event. Our Chicken and Pork are cooked in our custom rotisserie oven using hickory smoked flavor and special seasonings. All food is served buffet style and includes use of catering equipment, plateware and condiments for a two-hour event. Food is based on 1/4 pound of pork and 2 pieces of chicken per person.

This finger licking combination was designed for the ultimate BBQ sauce lover. Our ribs are flavored with our favorite spices and seasonings and covered with Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce. Our giant smoker cooks with hickory flavor and can prepare 700 pounds of meat every two hours.

Bring Maui to Your Party
For that special party that needs the Hawaiian theme. Frozen drinks are non-alcoholic, but for our party friends, you can add a few bottles of rum to spice up your event. Traditional Mexican Fajitas & Tacos

Backyard Special #1
Grilled Service — Serves 50 to 75 (2-hour event)
This is our backyard grill service with your personal chef for up to two hours. These programs are designed for smaller groups and are perfect for a house party. If you really want to impress your guests for that special event, this is the way to go. The ice cream and popcorn are really popular with the kids. There are 50 of each: Hamburgers, Chicken Breasts and Hot Dogs for a total of 150 sandwiches, and 75 each of the Ice Cream, Beverages, Chips, Popcorn, and side items included. One 20-amp outlet is required.

Pasta Bar
This party comes complete with your personal chef to custom make your favorite pasta dishes. At the pasta station, you will pick all of your favorite veggies to mix in with your pasta and a sauce of your choice. The buffet line will host your meats and side dishes. For the omelet lover, this is your breakfast package. Fresh omelets are made to order with your personal chef. An assortment of fresh baked goods compliments the menu. Set-up fee includes labor of 1 staff for two hours. Omelets are cooked on a mini gas stove. Each set-up can cook up to 100 per hour. For larger groups, we suggest limiting the omelet selection.

Our new custom taco holders make it easy to layer your tacos with all of your favorite toppings. This menu allows for two tacos per person and can be served from our carts (for portion control) or buffet style. Each person has their choice between seasoned beef or southwest grilled chicken. Drop-Off Special
Drop-off Service
This program provides enough food to feed up to 50 people. Each person will have their choice of two meat options, your choice of potato and salad. Our staff will drop off all disposable equipment to keep your food hot & fresh. This program comes complete with your disposable plates, cutlery kits, napkins and serving spoons. Condiments are included based on your choice of menu.
