Pig Roast - Serves 50 to 100 (2-hour event)

All food is cooked on site and staffed for a three hour event. Roasted pig takes seven hours. We arrive at 8:00 A.M. for a 3:00 P.M. serving time. There are 50 servings of Hamburgers, Chicken, Hot Dogs, a sixty-pound pig, and 75 servings of all side dishes and drinks. Please note serving time must be after 2:00P.M.
